MOUNTAIN Bike MOTO DAY

Next weekend’s 7th Dan Gerardi Memorial MotoDay (Sunday and Mon) will see the 7th Annual Dan Gerardi Memorial Motorcycle Day. To participate in this event, you must be in the motorcycle or bicycle industry. This event is open to all racers, mechanics, and employees of bicycle companies as well as employees of magazines. Free admission for spectators. Open practice begins the weekend. This means that the track will be open all day for mountain bikers as well as regular motocross riders. At sunset, the track will be closed to everyone except mountain bikers. A mini supercross kicks off the race action that night. This is a great scene with a huge bonfire, BBQ and socializing for all the family. Camping is allowed right where you are on that night.

FORMAT
Mountain Bike Moto Day is held at Racetown, Adelanto in California. This year there will be four classes, one GP-style moto, and one that lasts 30 minutes. The skill level of riders is what determines their classification. Pro refers to MTB pro and not Ricky Carmichael. Be honest in choosing the class. Cherry picking is not allowed. (This barb must be directed to David K.

On Sunday, there will be a team race. Each team is made up of two riders. Each rider must be a professional, but can be a combination of a good and a bad rider.

Nighttime supercross 50 has three classes: modified 50, stock 50, and open (110s etc). This means that we can expect the winner of the SDG 110 at this weekend’s Southridge Racing Club Awards Banquet.
